When will my order be shipped?
Please allow five to seven business days from the order date for your order to be processed, packed and shipped.
If you need your order expedited, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible.
How is my order shipped?
We offer free shipping within all 50 US States.
All shipments will be insured and tracking information will be provided.
Due to the high value of our vintage rugs, all orders will require signature upon delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping.
Will I pay sales tax?
Sales tax will be added at checkout for US buyers.
International buyers will be responsible additional taxes or customs fees, if any, upon delivery. These are country-specific and we recommend that you check your country's customs rates before purchasing.

How do I check my order status?
You will be informed by email as soon as your order is confirmed and you will be provided with a tracking number as soon as it is shipped. If you have any questions, just drop us a note at email@example.com and we'll get back to you with a status update within 2-3 days.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Transit times are provided by the carrier but are only estimates and vary by destination.

What if my order is damaged?
If you receive a damaged package that results in damage to the rug, please send us a picture within 24 hours of receiving. We will assess the damage and get back to you with the next steps.
Can I cancel / return my order?
Our rugs are all vintage and handmade, they are delicate pieces that may have irregularities in size, color, and style; as well as slight imperfections, including but not limited to repairs due to their age or the way they were made. We ensure that such irregularities do not impact the integrity of the rug, they are part of the beauty of these one-of-a-kind pieces.
All of our rugs are carefully selected. We take pictures of our rugs using only natural daylight, to try to provide the most accurate representation of the colors, size and texture. But please keep in mind that your rug may appear slightly different in person or when placed in different lighting.
After your purchase has been approved and payment processed via our secure online payment gateway, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed unless your rug has been damaged in transport, so please take time to review all information and pictures and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have prior to purchase. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
